Refund policy

Returns accepted within 7 calendar days from delivery.

Only unopened, unused products in original packaging with invoice are eligible.

Opened, used, damaged-by-customer, expired-return-window, promotional/free items are not eligible unless required by law.

Wrong or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours with photographs and unboxing evidence where available.

After inspection, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
